Spartan Style Shirts was founded in 2026 by Tristan Doerner, a high school student in Pennsylvania. An avid reader, a lover of history, and enchanted by stories of Greek heroes, he wanted to create clothing that inspired modern young men to be the best version of themselves. He noticed that clothes can be more than just clothes - what we wear can influence how far we can go. Tristan began designing T-shirts featuring Greek heroes—figures who embody strength, resilience, loyalty, discipline, and a spirit of adventure. For Tristan, these aren’t just mythic characters; they are symbols of enduring values that still matter today. He launched Spartan Style Shirts as a reminder to young men to foster these values to become their best selves.

Raised with a profound respect for service members, including relatives who fought in the World Wars, Tristan developed a lasting appreciation for those who defend the freedoms he cherishes. These men and women embody the values of Spartan Style Shirts: courage, grit, service. In that spirit, he commits 10% of company profits to The Warriors and Quiet Waters Foundation,  a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting post-9/11 veterans.
